Try the following vegan ice cream recipe at home for yourself using just a few easy to find items. I first discovered this recipe through a Raw Vegan Workshop with Ahimsa Healers. I’ve been making it ever since.


Frozen Bananas, Frozen Organic Wildberries, Bejuled Dates, Chia & Flax Seed, Akaline Water, Chocolate Magic Protein Powder

Step 1:

The first step is to put away two bunches of bananas so they start showing brown spots. You don’t want it to get too spotty, just the right amount of spotty. Once they are right, chop them into small pieces using a knife. Place them standing up on the sheet so they don’t roll. I sometimes leave them in the freezer for a few days.

Step 2:

Place all of the ingredients in a heavy-duty blender for around 2 minutes. Make sure the water is at least 1/4 the way filled. Adjust the water in the future if it comes out too watery.

Step 3:

Pour into a bowl and sprinkle a few mulberries on top. Enjoy!
