During his senior year of high school, Sean Russell was selected as a junior broadcaster with NBC in Miami. He served as an ambassador for all Broward County high schools and learned first hand how to produce a news story for the local news. His duties also included attending festivals and meetings with NBC executives. This experience ended with Sean producing a news story that aired on their 5 PM broadcast.
